SHIPPING POLICY

The Grace Collection by LL currently ships within the United States.

ORDER PROCESSING

Many of our products are created especially for you after your order is placed.  Production and processing generally take 2-7 business days.  Some specialty or drop shipped products may require additional processing time.  Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated shipping times are displayed at checkout when available.  After processing, most orders arrive within approximately 3-10 business days.  Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Products may be made and shipped by different fulfillment partners.  If an order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately and have separate tracking numbers.  You will not be charged additional shipping after checkout because items are sent in separate packages.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, you will receive an email after your order ships.  Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.  Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected.  Once an order enters production or ships, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.  Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

DELAYS, LOST, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is delayed, marked delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at shopthegracecollection@gmail.com.  For damaged shipments, please include photographs of the product and packaging.  We will work with the fulfillment provider or shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Because many products enter production shortly after purchase, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.  Contact us immediately if assistance is needed.
